Pay Cycle

Paychecks are issued to staff and W2 consultants on a semimonthly basis on the 15^th and last day of the month.  Paydays occurring on weekends or holidays are moved to the previous workday.  Paychecks are mailed one workday prior to payday or may be picked-up in person on payday with advance prior notification.

Based on Weekly Timesheets

Although paychecks are issued semimonthly, they are comprised of all hours from one or more weekly timesheets whose weekending date falls between the 1^st thru 15^th or 16^th thru 31^st.  Therefore, paychecks will normally encompass two entire weekly timesheets, but occasionally three.  Based upon the weekending day of your timesheets, use the links on this page to view a schedule of paydays and their corresponding weekly timesheets.
