Initiating 401(k) Account Access

Once you have received enrollment confirmation from PEI, please complete the following steps to initiate online access to your 401(k) account.

1. Browse link: http://www.impact401k.com/
2. Click: Employee Login
3. Click: Establish your new username and password
4. Enter your Social Security Number and follow the instructions
5. PEI's 401k plan/contract number is: "515423"

Once you have successfully logged into your 401(k) account, you should complete the following steps to select your investment options.

1. Click: Make Changes
2. Click: Select Future Investment Options
3. Follow the instructions on selecting investments

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to select investment options as described above will result in all contributions being invested in a conservative Money Market account. You can also choose to rebalance your account amongst investment options at a future time.
