Consulting Services
PEI provides its clients with specialized IT consulting services on a time
and materials basis as covered by PEI's Contract Services Agreement or
a similar agreement as provided by client. Clients are invoiced in arrears
(subject to credit rating a retainer may apply) for all hourly services
performed by PEI consultants and authorized by client. Consultants are
fully benefited employees of PEI or independent subcontractors of PEI, both of
which are covered by stringent contractual agreements.
*Hourly rates listed are used for illustration purposes only
and reflect services that are offered on a time and materials basis vs. fixed
bid project rates. Actual rates charged may vary significantly and are
subject to fluctuations in market conditions.

PEI performs permanent employee recruiting and placement services on a
contingency basis with a fee charged to the client (i.e., employer) that is
based upon the starting annual salary of the placed employee (exclusive of any
bonus or profit sharing). For contingency based recruiting services there
is never a fee charged to the client until a successful placement is made.
Placements are guaranteed for periods of up to 120 days based upon the fee

its client, PEI will refund a placement fee paid by its client for a placed
employee that was terminated or has voluntarily resigned within the guarantee
