Contract Services

When specialized or interim IT services are required at competitive rates, PEI provides its clients with professional-grade IT consultants in a prompt and expedient manner.   PEI maintains an extensive in-house tracking database of over 10,000 highly skilled consultants.  Consulting services are performed under PEI's Contract Services Agreement (CSA) or a similar agreement if provided by its clients.  PEI invoices its clients in arrears⁽¹⁾ for all hourly consulting services on a time and materials basis.  PEI provided consultants are either fully benefited employees of PEI or independent subcontractors of PEI.  All consultants are insured and are bound by stringent contractual agreements, which include confidentiality, non-disclosure & proprietary rights clauses that ensure the welfare of PEI's clients.

Contract-to-Hire

PEI offers its clients the flexibility of converting eligible⁽³⁾ PEI consultants into direct employees of their own.  Hiring time-tested, field proven consultants offers PEI's clients the flexibility of trial-based hiring without incurring the risk and overhead of premature employment.  Governed by PEI's Contract Services Agreement (CSA), clients can convert eligible consultants at any point during a consulting engagement.  Placement fees are assessed on a prorated basis over a minimum consulting duration, which is typically six months.  Contact a PEI Account Manager today to discuss how a Contract-to-Hire relationship with PEI can benefit your company. 

Solutions Integrator

Contact a PEI Account Manager today to discuss the unique aspects of your technology solution needs.  PEI staff will work to assess, prepare and present a customized proposal that is suited to your specific budget and time constraints.  PEI will also review and respond to your company's existing RFP or can be contracted to produce your RFP.  Most projects fulfilled by PEI are performed on a time and materials basis as opposed to a fixed bid basis.
