What are Consultants?

PEI uses the term Consultant to describe the IT professionals that are employed directly by PEI, but who provide services to PEI's clients. These types of consultants are also referred to as W2 Consultants because they receive an annual IRS form W2 for any wages they are paid (as would any typical employee).
